Mazak Integrex 400 SY

The MAZAK Integrex 400 SY is a powerful CNC turning and milling center designed for complete machining of complex workpieces in a single setup. By combining turning and milling operations with an integrated sub-spindle, this machine is particularly well-suited for demanding production tasks in mechanical engineering, aerospace, and the automotive industry.

Manufactured in 2001, the machine features the proven MAZATROL 340T control unit, offering user-friendly and efficient programming.

Technical specifications at a glance:

- Travel distances: 580 mm (X-axis), 230 mm (Y-axis, ±115 mm), and 1,137 mm (Z-axis). The B-axis features a swivel range of 225°, enabling flexible 5-sided machining. The C-axis (main and sub-spindle) operates with a high indexing accuracy of 0.001°.

- Maximum turning diameter: 610 mm
- Maximum swing diameter: 760 mm

The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 3,000 rpm with an output of approx. 30 kW. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a sub-spindle (note: currently defective according to auction information). The integrated milling spindle reaches up to 10,000 rpm with approx. 15 kW output.

A tool changer with 40 positions and KM63 tool interface (alternatively Capto C6) allows for versatile and flexible tooling.
