Overview
This filling monoblock was manufactured in 2001 by MBF and is designed for the hot filling of fruit juice (up to 95 °C). The Synchrofil LV operates with an atmospheric (gravity) filling system and is equipped with an integrated capping unit for aluminum screw caps (MCA standard). The machine features 35 filling valves and 4 roll-on capping heads. It is configured for 1.0 l and 0.5 l VdF glass bottles with a diameter of 89.5 mm.
