The ZX7045B VARIO drilling and milling machine is a robust and versatile solution for professional metalworking in workshops, manufacturing facilities, and toolmaking departments. This machine enables drilling, milling, and thread cutting, making it a universal solution for a wide range of machining tasks.

Equipped with a powerful 2.2 kW motor and stepless spindle speed control in the range of 100–3200 rpm, the machine offers flexible adjustment to the machining process. The spindle runs in precision bearings, ensuring high machining accuracy. The gear transmission, running in an oil bath, provides durable and quiet operation.

The head is height-adjustable and can be tilted by ±45°, allowing machining at various angles. Automatic spindle feed and automatic reversal of rotation direction during thread cutting considerably simplify operation.

The large worktable, measuring 800 × 240 mm and featuring T-slots, ensures stable clamping of workpieces. The heavy-duty construction and stable machine bed guarantee high stability during operation. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a coolant system and an emergency stop switch.
