MHG rotary table indexing system / sandblasting unit "SMG 260" equipped with 6 nozzles and Siemens CNC control. The system consists of three components: the rotary table system with Siemens CNC control; a "blast media recovery system RGWS 510" (cyclone extraction/separation of waste and blast media for reuse), and a large "dust extraction unit DUST-EX 3003 4.0kW" (filter box/cabinet with exhaust air connection).

Year of manufacture: 2003. The machine was in occasional use until about a year ago at a neighboring facility. I acquired it to glass bead blast stainless steel parts for a customer (approx. 100 pieces/day), but did not receive the contract—so the system has been idle since then.

Collection and transport must be organized and arranged by the buyer. On-site assistance is very limited: my forklift is out of service; at least two pallet jacks/trolleys and, for example, a 7.5t flatbed or box truck with tail lift are required. The heaviest part (the main system) weighs approx. 900 kg (dimensions approx. 1500 x 1600 x 2500 mm); the other two components are lighter, approx. 250 kg each, each approx. 3000 x 1500 x 1500 mm and shipped on long pallets.

The system was configured for a customer in Siegen; comprehensive documentation/manuals specifically for this configuration are available.
