Function Description / Scope of Supply:

- Infeed of longitudinal lamellas: loading – singulation
- Infeed of cross lamellas: loading – vacuum destacking – feed to planing machine
- Formation and buffering of longitudinal layers: longitudinal layer preparation and pick-up station
- Formation and buffering of cross layers: 2-level cross layer buffer – cross layer pick-up station
- Laying and gluing area: vacuum layer portal – adhesive application portal – lay-up table
- CLT press: TimberPress X331
- Outfeed area after the CLT press: transverse transfer carriage to buffer stations, Reichenbacher system, and pick-up station with turner
- Reichenbacher CNC machining center
