Miromatic

Filling and sealing machine for filling yoghurt and curd into plastic buckets of various sizes. Plastic buckets are automatically placed onto the conveyor belt from the bucket stack in the bucket magazine. Before filling, the buckets, and before sealing, the lids are sterilised using a heating cartridge with hydrogen peroxide and steam. The product is dispensed into the buckets using a calibratable load cell until a preset weight is reached. The sealing unit picks up lids from the lid magazine, places them onto the buckets, and presses them down firmly.
