System for filling yogurt and quark into round plastic buckets of various sizes and for labeling these with self-adhesive wrap-around labels. The system consists of a separate filling/sealing block and a labeling unit.

Filler/Sealer: Plastic buckets are taken from the stack in the bucket magazine and placed onto the conveyor belt. Prior to filling, the buckets, and prior to sealing, the lids are sterilized using a heating element with hydrogen peroxide and steam. The product is filled into the buckets by a calibratable weighing cell until a predefined weight is reached. The sealer places lids from the lid magazine onto the buckets and presses them on securely.

Labeling Unit: In-line labeling machine for self-adhesive wrap-around labels. Suitable for various bucket sizes from 1 - 5 kg capacity.

Additional machine information: Gravimetric filling; labeling with self-adhesive wrap-around labels.

Filler/sealer output approx.: 450 units/h based on 6-litre buckets, depending on container size and product viscosity.
