For sale is a complete, fully operational powder coating system, year of manufacture 1990. In recent years, many system components have been modernized or completely replaced and renewed.

The plant was decommissioned in Q1-2025 but can be put back into operation at any time if required. All system components are on standby and can be started up and demonstrated on site.

The plant features one manual and two automatic spray booths (all of which can be operated simultaneously). Parts with maximum dimensions of 7000x2300x800 mm can be coated in any of the booths.

The complete conveyor technology is supplied by CSF.

The control system for all plant components, including a visualization system, all switch cabinets, all frequency converters, as well as many other components, have been completely renewed over the last 5-7 years.

There is no maintenance backlog; the plant has been regularly and carefully maintained by our in-house maintenance department as well as by the respective manufacturers.
