The NESS installation is an advanced smokehouse system enabling a complete technological process: smoking, cooking, cooling, and drying. The chambers are equipped with independent control cabinets featuring the Digitronic RF3 D-N system for precise process parameter management. The Duschmatic cooling shower ensures rapid and uniform cooling of products after the smoking process. The chip smoke generator and the condensate system with Grundfos pumps guarantee reliable and hygienic operation throughout the installation.
