The ML75 tube grinding machine is the ideal choice for polishing round, oval, and elliptical tubes up to Ø76mm.

The ML75's planetary belt system features a compact design for finishing bent tubes. The machine can be equipped with an automatic feeding system for straight tubes.

This new grinding machine is the solution for processing bent tubes with radii that are too tight for the ML100, and with diameters that are too large for the ML50.

Polishing bent tubes with small radii:

The planetary belt system of the ML75 has a compact design to rework tubes with small radii with maximum flexibility.

In contrast to other conventional systems, the planetary belt system reduces friction heat on the surface of the tube.

Straight tubes:

The ML75 was designed for processing bent tubes. With a feeding system, the ML75 can be quickly converted for polishing straight tubes.
