Omag

Omag machine with several manufacturing programs for paving stones (all models), blocks, square curbs, and standard curbs (4 programs). This is a complete plant comprising a drying robot and full automation of the product feeding process.

The facility includes an adjacent aggregates classification silo plant and automation for two 4m³ axial concrete mixers, with a total equipment weight of approximately 150 tonnes. The set includes 36 molds of various types (see attached list) and an interchangeable piston.

Both the machine (including automation), the aggregates plant, and the coloring plant for treatment are completely disassembled and stored in containers. The entire unit for transportation requires 8 flatbeds and two full automation containers, plus 36 high-value stainless steel molds.

Includes 2,000 drying trays for materials, measuring 1,400 x 750 mm.
