The frame of the equipment is constructed from thick, welded steel beams and plates.

The heating oven features an insulation layer between galvanized steel sheets on the outer and inner surfaces.

Heating oven is manually opened, guided by rails, with transfer wheels.

Membrane press table is made of phenolic-coated plywood with a grid pattern to improve even suction distribution.

Upper table, where the membrane film is installed, opens to 45 degrees and is equipped with gas springs.

Quick and easy locking of the upper table. Manual quick-attachment system for the membrane film.

Vacuum system with a single 25 m³/h vacuum pump.

Control panel mounted at the left end of the machine includes:
