For sale: a complete, fully automated packaging line for panels and worktops in shrink film, featuring an automatic labelling system, robotic loading and unloading. The line is designed for industrial operation, guaranteeing high throughput, process repeatability, and aesthetic, airtight packaging of the final product.

The line comprises the following components:
    1.    Cell with a loading cart for pallets with panels or worktops to be wrapped and labelled (cell dimensions: 3500 mm x 1300 mm)
    2.    Loading table with a cross conveyor magazine (dimensions: 3000 mm (L) x 2200 mm (W))
    3.    ABB four-axis robot with gripper for automatic loading of panels/worktops from pallet to loading table
    4.    Automatic labeller with magazine for labels - SYSFORM 8305B, year 2023
    5.    Belt conveyor, 1900 mm (L) x 800 mm (W)
    6.    Sealing unit with guillotine and unwind mechanism for semi-tube film, as well as a film storage unit – IMPACK HYBRID 80 SERWO, year 2018
    7.    Roller conveyor, 3000 mm (L) x 800 mm (W)
    8.    Steel gantry with stairs on both sides for operator passage to the opposite side of the line
    9.    Heat shrink tunnel PABLO TB 800X300X1800, year 2022
    10.    Unloading roller table, 3000 mm x 2000 mm
    11.    ABB four-axis robot with gripper for automatic unloading of panels/worktops onto stacks
    12.    Cell with roller conveyors, dimensions: 3500 mm x 3500 mm
