The company DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT number RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, through insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apartment 1, Cluj County, registered at the Trade Registry by the Cluj Court under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialised Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction, with ascending bids, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In case of no sale, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing date on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

In case of successful sale, the judicial liquidator will issue the tax invoice for the value of the adjudicated assets. Currency conversion into RON will be made at the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that date.

The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction specifications document will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. This can be purchased at the judicial liquidator’s office or requested by phone and sent via email to the participant.

The participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the final price for successful bidders and returned to those who are not declared successful.

In the case of equal bids, the winning bidder will be the person who undertakes to pay the entire price in the shortest possible time.

The term for payment of the price is 5 business days from the adjudication date. If the remaining amount is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the paid advance as a guarantee and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions.
