Pertici 500 TS

500 TS is an automatic double-head mitre saw with pneumatic head rotation and 500 mm diameter blades.

The machine consists of three main structures: a robust electro-welded steel base on which the fixed cutting unit is mounted, and a mobile cutting unit that slides along the base with electronic positioning (X-axis).

The heads rotate around the horizontal axis by means of pneumatic cylinders. Adjustable angles range from 90° to 22°30' outward, while intermediate angles can be set using a specific manually adjustable stop. The blade feed is driven by an oil-pneumatic cylinder with an adjustable feed rate and rapid return.

A horizontal double-cylinder and vertical clamping system ensures perfect securing of any profile type. Local safety guards with pneumatic descent isolate the operative units during cutting, ensuring safety and practical operation.

The machine is equipped with:
- 15” touchscreen on Windows platform
- Profile thickness sensor (electronic sensing device for profile thickness) – see photo no. 7
- Central anti-bending profile support – see photo no. 8
