Regarding the values from the latest KLINGELNBERG measurement protocols for the gearing BEFORE the grinding process:

"Pitch and lead are within specification. In the profile, one measurement shows a borderline or slightly out-of-tolerance fHα deviation. Please check whether this value is permissible as per drawing / customer approval, or if corrective action or reworking is necessary. The gears were always forwarded to the RZ 1000 REISHAUER for grinding accordingly. Nevertheless, an overhaul of the C-axis is recommended. A quotation from GLEASON PFAUTER LUDWIGSBURG is available for this. Estimated cost: 10,000 EUR."
