- Gentle operation – the turning process starts and ends slowly via frequency inverter, reducing the turning time to a minimum by accelerating in the middle phase!
- Safety – injury protection is ensured by a robust enclosure or integrated safety strips, which shut down the turning process in the event of pinching or crushing hazards. Acoustic and visual warning signals provide safety when the turning cycle begins.
- Mobility – the turning table can be transported to different operating sites using the integrated forklift pockets. A simple 400V power socket is sufficient to supply electricity via the included power cable.
- Flexibility with various table tops – For coils: table top with recess for easy loading and unloading using a coil hook, prism support. For injection moulding tools: both table tops without recesses. For sensitive loads: table top or prism coated with PU.
- Modular design – the INVERTO can be configured as needed thanks to exchangeable and retrofittable table tops.
- Teach-in function – the turning angle can be individually set and saved.
- Enhanced flexibility – 180° rotation unit enables loading and unloading from the same side.
