Machine condition as new.
The High Quality Press Brake, abbreviated HQPB, is the top model among Placke press brakes. Complete manufacturing, from the hydraulic cylinder to the control cabinet, is carried out in-house. Through the use of state-of-the-art technology combined with many years of experience in forming technology, the HQPB series enables precision bending at the highest level. Even the standard configuration is a fully functional press brake. With this package of safety, reliability, and efficiency, together with straightforward operation, we can meet the highest requirements and precision demands in the bending process.
Machine Frame:
- Base machine constructed from S 355 N steel
- Side frames with two pressure pipes and top-mounted oil tank, welded assembly
- Above-floor design
- Painted with 2-component textured paint, light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)
Upper Beam:
Itjdeyvzkiepfx Adped
- Press beam, stress-relieved annealed
- Immersion depth measurement, reading head guided by ball roller guides
- Separate Y1 and Y2 control, electric deflection monitoring
Hydraulic System:
- Hydraulic proportional control valves with electronically monitored cylinder synchronization
- Solid steel cylinders with inductively hardened piston rods
- Low-noise internal gear pump
Punch Clamping:

The support arms can slide on a linear ball bearing guide and their height can be adjusted via slotted holes to accommodate dies from 55 mm to 100 mm high. The ball bearing guide is milled into the lower beam.
