FIBER CUT laser cutting machines are a revolutionary solution in the laser cutting market. CONSTRUCTION
The frame of our laser is designed and manufactured entirely in our factory. High-quality steel is used for machine production: it is cut, welded, and then subjected to precise machining. The entire frame, gantry, and gantry arms are additionally ribbed, providing high rigidity and eliminating vibrations and deformations.

DRIVES
Our machines are powered by high-resolution, high-power Schneider AC servo motors (Y1Y2 x 2000W, x 1500W, Z 400W), ensuring optimal acceleration and travel speed in all axes. Power transmission is via high-grade planetary gearboxes. Classic, proven helical racks are used on the X and Y axes, offering great durability and precision.

Sheet metal cutting is performed using a liquid-cooled WSX head. Premium quartz glass lenses focus the laser beam onto the material, delivering high cutting accuracy. The HSU system regulates the head height automatically, compensating for any surface irregularities. A protective window between the nozzle and the lens shields the lens assembly from molten metal spatter.

LASER SOURCE
The machine is equipped with a Raycus Laser light source offering high electro-optical conversion efficiency, low energy consumption, and superior beam quality. This ensures faster, more efficient operation and helps eliminate operator errors. The source is resistant to back reflection, preventing reverse beam return into the laser. Stable power output guarantees efficient operation while maintaining low energy consumption.

COOLING
Industrial dual-temperature S&A CWFL chillers are specially designed for fiber laser applications. They feature multiple safety functions: compressor time delay protection, compressor overcurrent protection, water flow alarms, and high/low temperature warnings.

EXCHANGEABLE WORK TABLE
The exchangeable work table, located at the rear of the machine, maximizes uptime by minimizing laser downtime. Automatic table exchange takes just 10 seconds, allowing the operator to collect finished parts and load a new sheet while the laser continues to operate on the other table. This system greatly enhances production continuity.

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
To maintain machine performance, racks and linear guides must be lubricated with oil at least every few days. The automatic lubrication system operates at preset intervals in the correct amounts, with all parameters adjustable via the software.
