The automatic Poly-clip FCA 3430 clipper is a high-performance, advanced machine that sets the industry benchmark for meat, sausage, and deli processing sectors. This machine is designed for the automatic sealing of casings (including natural casings, as well as collagen, protein, cellulose, and plastic casings) using aluminum clips. It is essential in medium to large-scale production facilities for serial production of sausages, frankfurters, kabanos, pâtés, salami, as well as dense food masses packed in sleeves (e.g. processed cheese, lard, offal).

The FCA 3430 model is distinguished by exceptional operational precision. When synchronized with a vacuum filler (e.g. Handtmann, Vemag), the machine automatically receives the filling, forms a sausage log to a specified length or weight, precisely applies two clips simultaneously (closing the end of one log and the start of the next), and, if required by the process, cuts the finished product using an integrated pneumatic knife. The machine cooperates seamlessly with a loop feeder system, enabling automatic preparation of sausages for hanging on smoking sticks.
