The line consists of stations for profiling shafts with a diameter of 50 mm and an 8 mm keyway. Material feed thickness ranges from 0.4 to 2.5 mm, with a strip width of 320 mm. There are 8 stations per table, each powered by a 15 kW motor with a reduction gearbox.

Four sets of stations are mounted on steel baseplates measuring 45 x 700 x 1500 mm, allowing roll exchange using various replacement modules equipped for the finished rollforming station segments.

This configuration includes two table segments, each with 8 stations, totaling 16 rollforming stations. The stated price is per set of stations on a designated table.

These tables can be configured and assembled according to the required profile design (e.g., 8, 16, 24, or 32 stations). Each table features a strip guide and Turkshead, a straightening unit, as well as a profile output device positioned before either a guillotine shear, a flying saw, or a fixed collecting device.

We offer various configurations of such solutions for these tables. When replacing the shafts, we can achieve a maximum input width of 550 mm.
