Q-Fin Quality Finishing Solutions F1200 - VAC

This F1200 has only served as a showroom model and is therefore nearly new. The machine can be viewed in our showroom in Bergeijk.

Discover the advanced F1200 finishing machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. This screen enables operators to easily switch between various finishing programs, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimizing operational errors. Depending on the materials to be processed, you can choose between a system with vacuum or magnetic support.

At the infeed side, burrs and irregularities are removed using a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating drum brushes applying light pressure. The brushes provide uniform edge and hole rounding, both around the perimeter and across the flat surface of the workpiece, achieving the most optimal finish.

Additionally, the F1200 is also available in an XL version, which adds an extra fourth station. This station includes a second grinding aggregate, enabling the application of a fine line finish with a fine grit belt or finishing with a Scotch-Brite belt.
