F800 – All-round Finishing Machine

Discover the advanced F800 finishing machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. Operators can easily switch between different finishing programs via the screen, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimizing operating errors. Depending on the material being processed, you can choose between a vacuum or magnetic clamping system.

On the infeed side, burrs and irregularities are removed by a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth, burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating cup brushes that apply light pressure. The brushes ensure uniform rounding of all edges and holes, both around the flat-ground workpiece and inside it, delivering an optimal finish.

The F800 offers automatic brush calibration options to guarantee consistent precision, as well as full ERP control and seamless integration into automated production environments. In short, it is a finishing machine that is perfectly equipped for the future!
