F800 – All-round Finishing Machine
Discover the advanced F800 finishing machine, equipped with an intuitive HMI touchscreen for effortless operation. This interface allows operators to easily switch between various finishing programs, ensuring high reproducibility of product quality and minimizing operator errors. Depending on the materials to be processed, you can choose a system with either vacuum or magnetic support.

On the infeed side, burrs and irregularities are removed using a grinding unit, resulting in a smooth and burr-free surface. This is followed by four oscillating combination brushes applying gentle pressure. The brushes ensure uniform edge and hole rounding, both on the outer perimeter and within the flat ground product, delivering the optimal finish.
