The ZEIGE300 Shredder is a robust and reliable machine. It has been calculated and constructed to withstand the loads required for shredding plastics and similar materials. Most industrial grinding systems require both a grinding phase and a granulation phase. Thanks to adjustable screens, the ZEIGE300 shredder can perform both functions! The shredder has also been designed for easy cleaning.
Very fine shredding is only possible with a double-pass process (shredding the material twice).

The ZEIGE300 Shredder can process any plastic of any shape that fits between the blades. We have tested it with HDPE, PP, PET, and PS. If a piece of plastic is too thick, the blades will not fray, as the machine is designed to prevent jams (subject to motor power). PP, HDPE, PS from 0.7 mm to 12 mm were successfully tested. Films are too thin and may slip between the blades. The shredder has not been tested on materials such as rubber, tires, or thermosets.
