This combi-steamer accommodates 5x 400x600 mm trays. In automatic mode, the unit independently determines the ideal cooking process for 7 applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing), as well as the size of the food, the loading amount, and the product-specific requirements.
