This is an SCC 61 WE Electric Combi-Steamer from the premium manufacturer Rational. The unit accommodates 6 x 1/1 GN containers. In automatic mode, the appliance independently determines the ideal cooking process, load size, quantity, and product-specific requirements for seven applications (meat, fish, poultry, side dishes, egg dishes, baked goods, and finishing). The unit has been freshly inspected in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional, supplied with a 6-month warranty.
