Durum: yenilenmiş (kullanılmış), Fonksiyonellik: tamamen fonksiyonel, Üretim yılı: 2023, giriş voltajı: 400 V, broş uzunluğu: 1.000 mm, broşaj pozisyonu sayısı: 1, tornalama hızı: 3 m/dak, Manufacturer: Rausch (Haan/ Rhld) Model: RS 4/1000 Machine No.: 5027 Year of manufacture: 2001/2023 Weight: 580kg Overhaul: 3/2023 by Wiemers AG General / Technical Data: Unused, overhauled mechanical vertical broaching machine Rausch RS 4, with current CE marking Pulling force: 40 kN (4,000kg) Broaching speeds: 3 m/min and 6 m/min Return speed: 6 m/min Maximum stroke: 1,000 mm Maximum tool length: 1,200 mm Table size / working area: 540 x 340 mm / 450 x 250 mm Table opening: Ø 90 mm for standard broaching mandrels Workpiece diameter: unlimited Dimensions (H x W x D): 2,350 mm x 900 mm x 1,000 mm (with splash guard enclosure) Motor: 4.4 kW / 5.5 kW Power supply: 400 Volt / 50 Hz Accessories / Special equipment: - Two-speed drive - Safety door with interlock and chip chute - Chip chute with tool tray - Electrical monitoring of clamping jaws (tool removal monitoring to prevent unintentional retraction of the pull bridge) - Integrated coolant system with solenoid valve (operated via swivel system) - Patented coolant/lubricant swivel system - Externally adjustable tool length setting system (interchangeable between machines) Kodpfx Alow H Dgns Njnc - Four centralized lubrication points for the trapezoidal spindle drive - Closed centering plate for profile tools with an additional guard plate for flat broaching tools (keyway tools) - Three-sided closed splash guard enclosure with tool tray (ideal for profile broaching) - External control panel (connected via Harting plug connector) Remarks: The machine has been completely overhauled, and the machine body has been fully reconditioned. The following wear parts have been replaced: - New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast, wear-resistant bronze - All bearings and seals replaced The coolant system (pump, check valve, and drain tap), including coolant/lubricant swivel system, is new - Coolant supply is controlled by a solenoid valve, which can be operated via the swivel system - The pull bridge as well as the clamping jaws and gear racks are new - A switchable clamping jaw monitoring system has been installed (added safety for operator & tool breakage) - A safety door with interlock, signal light, and door lock - The tool length setting system has been relocated outside the machine compartment - Additional end position limit switches installed - Complete electrical system (control cabinet) is new - No PLC installed, the machine is electrically easy to service - New drive motor (SEW Germany) with brake - The machine has been newly painted with a two-component structural lacquer General: The dual spindle drive ensures a smooth and centralized pull point as well as a constant broaching speed (broaching speed selectable at either 3 m/min or 6 m/min). The machine is, by design, quick and easy to set up for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyway production. Due to the universally-constructed pull bridge and machine table, broaching can be carried out with both profile and flat broaching tools without the need for additional pull heads.
