Overview This vacuum evaporator was manufactured in 2018 by the Italian company REDA. The machine is designed for the gentle concentration of must, juices, and other liquid products at low temperatures to preserve aromas and product quality. It is nearly new and is being offered for sale, as it was intended for a project that was not implemented. The system features an automated, CIP-capable design.
