UF/RO Fresh Water Generator 75 m³/day – Seawater Desalination
RIEFILT UFRO 7100-7 ST06-75S
High-performance seawater desalination system for the production of up to 75 m³/day of hygienic potable and process water from seawater (TDS up to approx. 40,000 mg/l). Compact, fully automated UF+RO unit mounted on a stainless steel skid, featuring proven Spacer-Tube® technology.

- Supply of coastal camps, construction sites, and service staff
- Island and coastal communities, hotels & resorts (drinking and utility water)
- Industry & power generation near coastlines (chemicals, oil & gas, ports)
- Shipbuilding, shipyards, port logistics (centralized fresh water supply)

Wherever seawater is permanently available but secure fresh water sources are lacking or too expensive, this system proves to be highly effective.
Technical Concept & Advantages
- Ultrafiltration (UF) as a robust pretreatment using crossflow inside-out process
- High tolerance to particulate load, low fouling and clogging tendency
- Spacer Tube® RO modules with open feed channel, low differential pressure
- Excellent salt rejection, low permeate salinity
- Post-treatment via deacidification filter and hardness stabilization to approx. 3 °dH
- Integrated CIP system, designed for 24/7 continuous operation with minimal operator intervention
- PLC control with automatic programs (start, flushing, cleaning, preservation)
- Fully automated monitoring of flow, pressure, temperature, and conductivity
- Automatic shutdown on limit exceedance (e.g., conductivity, pressure, dry run)
