Manual insertion of clips in timber-aluminium windows with feed system.

RU-WAL-C, auxiliary trolley with extension arm
Length: 4000 mm, swivel range: 120°, total height: 2900 mm,
storage bins, 1 drawer,
counterweight 50 kg and 2 support feet
Trolley length: 850 mm, depth: 700 mm, mobile
on 4 swivel castors, 2 of which have brakes,
3 carriage units for hose pack screwdriver.

RU-WAL-C at approx. 1800 mm.

RU-CS-ST-M, rod screwdriver ADS-2545A with
screw feed unit ADS-MF4 and
aluminium holder box for accommodating spindle or
feed channel is adapted to the aluminium holder.
The screwdriver is manually guided and features
automatic torque shut-off
and manual blade advance.
The clip or screw holder is stored in a
container/box and fed in manually
to the feed channel in the correct orientation.
Using compressed air, the holder is moved into the correct
screw position. As an option,
clip or screw holders of the same geometric shape
can be screwed. The box also serves as
a stop plate from above. Two positioning stops
allow the depth distances to be set using detent pins.
For more than 3 screw positions in depth,
it is advisable to use a separate set of positioning stops
for sashes and frames.
The depth dimensions must be specified
when ordering.
