Designed for paired cutting of glazing beads

The RU-GLS-ED45° double glazing bead saw is manually adjustable to length. This machine has been developed for paired cutting of glazing beads with a cutting angle of 45°, and features one fixed and one movable saw unit. Manual length adjustment is equipped with an electronic digital display. Cutting lengths from 150 mm to 2650 mm are possible. During the cutting process, the glazing beads are clamped from above and from the front by a pneumatic clamping device to prevent tilting. Operation is via a two-hand safety control. Saw blade diameter 250 mm, length 3700 mm, width 700 mm, voltage 400 V.
