RU-LH Painting Jig for Glazing Bead Frames
For processing staples L=50mm
Length 700 mm, width 500 mm, working height adjustable from 700 to 1200 mm. One staple is placed at each of the four corners of the glazing bead frame.
Positioning is done diagonally, ensuring that the staples protrude approximately 35 mm from the wood. When pressed into the sash frame, the staples produce a clamping effect.
For painting, the glazing bead frame is positioned with a gap of approx. 20 mm in front of the sash. After drying or before sash assembly, the glazing bead frame is pressed flush into the sash and removed again before glazing. The staples can then be pulled out manually. Stand frame with support table vertical at 85°, tilt angle adjustable. Two compensation frames for different glazing bead thicknesses, operation via foot pedal.
