For sale is an as-new spiral cooling tower made of stainless steel 304. As a precaution, we have sandblasted the conveyor basket, pickled each individual stainless steel component, and then hand-polished them. All bolts and nuts have been replaced with new ones, all shafts have been replaced with stainless steel shafts, and all deep groove ball bearings have also been replaced with stainless steel deep groove ball bearings. Replacement motors (drive for the basket and for the modular belt, as well as approx. 20 meters of modular belt) are included as spares.

Total modular belt width: approx. 340 mm, blue area width approx. 280 mm, outer side surfaces left and right made of stainless steel. Total belt length: 100 m. Number of tiers: 9, distance between each tier 105 mm, total tower height: 2,060 mm.

Overall length incl. discharge conveyor: approx. 4,000 mm, discharge section: approx. 2,000 mm, total width: 2,235 mm, running surface inner width 370 mm, running surface outer width 465 mm, modular belt made of stainless steel and POM.
