Schröder Tumbler 2500

Schröder double-jacket pressure tumbler / steam tumbler / thermal tumbler, 2,500 liters. Preheating or thawing of meat possible. For heating, tumbler must be connected to a steam generator. Water vacuum pump included.

All cables are labeled for easier electrical installation.

The machine was in operation until the last day and had to be dismantled due to its width. It was disassembled by the sausage manufacturer’s facility technicians; all electrical cables were numbered.

The machine was dismantled in working condition.

We have not fully reassembled or tested the machine.
