Structural Frame:
The machine body consists of a particularly robust monolithic steel base, heavily ribbed and extremely rigid; its extra-wide support surface is specifically designed to give the machine stability, ensuring lasting precision regardless of operating conditions, and eliminating the need for floor anchoring. The base provides a large and solid platform for the moving gantry: as a result, the operating unit benefits from a balanced, stable, and resilient support that withstands the highest stresses, delivering premium performance and greater precision.

The moving gantry consists of a solid one-piece component anchored to both sides of the base, running on top-quality ball-bearing linear guides. Dual drive motors on the X-axis ensure top performance even under heavy working conditions. Movement of the lower mobile unit (X-axis) and the operating unit along the bar of the mobile unit (Y-axis) is achieved using helical rack and pinion drives, resulting in greater tooth engagement for increased acceleration and higher speeds along the X and Y axes. The specially designed helical gearing reduces wear on mechanical components and ensures quieter operation.

Vertical Z-axis movement is accomplished via a ball screw, delivering ideal balance under dynamic load and supporting both rapid acceleration and deceleration. The main milling unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis carriage, guaranteeing the highest finishing quality by completely eliminating vibration.

Movement along the X-Y-Z axes is managed by brushless motors powered by static inverters, which provide:
