The SEALPAC 800 is a fully automatic, industrial-grade tray sealing line designed for continuous operation in meat, poultry, fish processing plants and ready meal production. The unit precisely forms vacuum and applies a protective gas mixture (MAP / gas flushing technology), significantly extending the freshness and shelf life of packaged food products.

Thanks to its impressive frame length (8.5 m), the machine offers a long and ergonomic loading zone for operators or automatic dosing systems. Features include advanced microprocessor control, low noise emission (approx. 73 dB), and a full stainless-steel construction meeting IP 65 protection class, allowing for aggressive chemical and high-pressure wash-down after production. The included Swiss Busch vacuum pump (250 m³/h) provides rapid and stable deep vacuum within the sealing chamber.
