Machine Bed:
The bed is made from high-quality grey cast iron; the guideways are hardened and precisely machined. The bed guides the tailstock and carriage, and supports the steady rest. The forces generated during turning are absorbed by the machine bed.

Tailstock:
The tailstock is used for supporting large workpieces or for shaft machining between centers.

Feed Gearbox:
Positioning of the X and Z axes is carried out by high-dynamic digital AC servo motors, which are controlled by the CNC system. Incremental encoders ensure highly accurate position feedback and are connected to the driven end of the ball screw drives.
