The machine was developed and manufactured for the production of rotor shafts for power tools.

The machine is designed and built to perform the following operations automatically:
- Automatic loading/unloading of parts to/from the tool carrier line with a pick & place unit positioned between shaft ends.
- Turning of ring seat + facing of commutator + turning of commutator.
- Ring assembly – commutator side
- Ring assembly – drive gear side

The machine features multiple production programs for manufacturing various parts.
Each program corresponds clearly to a specific shaft type.
