The EVO Model spiral mixer features a robust structure made of thick painted steel sheet, equipped with a hydraulic system incorporating pistons for lifting the head and releasing the bowl trolley.

The machine head is fitted with an exclusive hydraulic lifting device which, during the mixing phase, neutralizes and protects it from the stresses transmitted by the mixing tool.

The spiral tool is rotated by means of belts driven by a high-power motor.

The bowl drive is managed by a separate motor, utilizing high-performance belts and a worm gear reducer operating in an oil bath.

The mixer offers two spiral rotation speeds with mixing times set via a dual timer (one for each speed).

Shifting from low to high mixing speed and stopping the machine occurs automatically. The trolley is automatically locked in place with a self-centering coupling system.

Finally, the machine is equipped with patented head lifting/lowering controls, conveniently located on the trolley.
