SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL Storage Lift

The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automatic vertical storage lift designed for efficient storage and picking of small parts based on the goods-to-person principle. It is distinguished by its high storage density and ergonomic operating comfort.

Features and Benefits
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically delivers the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of stored items and dynamically optimizes the storage height, resulting in very high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various height levels to ensure ergonomic removal. Optionally, the reach depth into the tray can be further reduced, lowering operator strain.

Software integration: The storage lift is equipped with a standard PLC control system and can be integrated via interfaces into customer WMS or ERP systems (such as SAP). SSI Schäfer's own software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Robustness: The system features two helical-tooth racks ensuring robust, precise, and reliable vertical transport of trays—even with off-center loads.
