SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL Vertical Storage Lift

The SSI Schäfer Logimat SLL is an automated vertical storage lift, designed for efficient storage and picking of small parts based on the goods-to-person principle. It features high storage density and ergonomic user comfort.

Functions and Advantages
Goods-to-person principle: The system automatically brings the requested tray to the access opening, minimizing walking distances for personnel.

Space optimization: The Logimat measures the height of stored items and dynamically optimizes shelf spacing, resulting in extremely high storage density on a minimal footprint.

Ergonomics: The access opening (LOGI Gate) can be positioned at various height levels to ensure ergonomic retrieval. Optionally, the reaching depth inside the tray can be further reduced, decreasing operator strain.

Software integration: The storage lift is equipped with a standard PLC control system and can be connected via interfaces to customer WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Our proprietary software solution WAMAS® Logimat is also available.

Robustness: The system is fitted with two helical-toothed racks to ensure robust, precise, and reliable vertical conveyance of the trays, even during off-center loading.
