Stab processing center Stürtz for PVC profiles, consisting of:
Feeding station, length 6.5 m; processing module for the entire PVC bar; triple saw unit with sound-insulating cabin; single module for milling gasket grooves; transverse table for manual insertion of cut reinforcement bars; printer and control display; vertical buffer; double screwing station (top and bottom); steel processing module; dowel boring unit; handle drill unit; markings for striker plates; outfeed table with additional screwdriver for attaching striker plates.
Included: safety fencing with security doors, complete disassembly.

The machine was operated in single-shift mode. Major maintenance was performed in 2024. Very good overall condition.
