Axles and Suspension
SAF axle assemblies 22.5", 3 x 9-ton axles with SAF air suspension, 1st axle lift with start-assist and electric actuation (switch pre-installed in tractor unit), raise/lower valve for air suspension, Wabco Smartboard, brake pad wear indicator with display in the tractor unit, wheelbase optimized for improved traction.

Tyres and Wheels
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R 22.5 approx. 50-60% tread remaining, mounted on silver steel rims, ET 120, size 11.75 x 22.5.

Kingpin
2" screwed into an 8 mm thick plate.

Landing Legs
Support legs, each with 20-ton static load capacity, equipped with swiveling feet for air suspension systems.

Brake System
In accordance with EC standards, dual-line Wabco system, spring brake actuators acting on two axles, EBS electronic braking system by Wabco with RSS (roll stability support) and premium modulator, ALU air tanks.

Electrical System
According to StVZO requirements, with 2 x 3 Aspöck Europoint III three-chamber tail lights, 24V system, 2 x 3 LED rear lights with LED side marker lights, 2 LED reversing lights at the rear, 2 exterior LED work lights in the tipping body, 4 red LEDs in the rear door beam. All air and electrical lines are neatly routed in plastic pipes!

Tipping Body / Tipper Body
Body fully welded on the inside, aluminum tipper body, side walls 30mm / 600mm plank profiles, 3mm inside/2mm outside, floor 6mm thick, reinforced, wear-resistant (5383H34-HB110), with 90-degree profile. Front wall straight, 4mm thick, with internal ascent ladder. Rear wall as a universal door in straight design with 2-leaf doors in 1/3 - 2/3 split, 1 grain chute, universal door operation automatic-pneumatic with separate lever and lockable, central locking with 4 lock hooks, double hinge mounting, doors partially clad with smooth aluminum, rear portal post made of swing-out aluminum. Two securing hooks with rubber bumpers on the tipper body attached to the front wall, round aluminum profile for additional sealing of the double doors, right door opens first.

Hydraulic system with large envelope
Hydraulic cylinder mounted on the front wall, working pressure 150 bar, make: Edbro, approx. 2.5m hydraulic hose with Edbro 1" loose half.

Accessories
6 PVC mudguards with 2 rubber mud flaps at the rear, extendable splash flap at underride guard, lateral collision protection in accordance with StVZO, without aluminum spare wheel holder, folding aluminum underride guard.
