Systec VX-100 Autoclave. The device has only undergone test phases.

Fully automatic, microprocessor-controlled system featuring 12 programs:
1-3 Solids
4-5 Waste destruction bags
6-7 Liquid waste
8-11 Liquid media

• Integrated separate steam generator (no heating elements inside the sterilization chamber)
• Innovative safety ring closure system with a lip seal
• Steam temperature and pressure up to 140°C / 4 bar absolute pressure, expandable to 150°C / 5 bar absolute pressure
• Thermal interlock: Door lock controlled by pressure and media temperature in accordance with pressure vessel regulations
• Flexible PT-100 temperature sensor for reference vessel
• Sterilization time controlled by media temperature
• Electronic pressure transducer for pressure and temperature monitoring
• “Autofill” — automatic dosing of demineralized water for steam generation
• Special waste destruction program with pulsed heating periods for improved venting of waste bags
• Timed start feature / programmable start time
• Thermostatically controlled, water-cooled exhaust steam condenser
• Common manifold connection for all outlets
• Drain valve
• Base plate for tanks, baskets, etc.
• Validation port
• RS-232 interface for external data transmission
• Prepared for subsequent printer installation
