The 16-channel TAG Artena Weighing and Filling Machine is a fully automated, multi-product system designed for precise tray portioning of delicate loose horticultural produce of small and medium sizes.

This machine is installed upstream in the production line, ahead of packaging and labelling equipment. Products are bulk-fed onto the machine's conveyor belt, distributed onto feeding belts via a dynamic hopper, and deposited into trays. Trays are destacked and allocated on the indexed belt. During filling—a process performed in four stages—the trays are weighed in-line thanks to patented technology.

The machine is operated via a touchscreen control panel providing complete oversight of all functions.
