The Talson T.SWAU BK aluminium swap body is on average 750 kg lighter than standard products on the market, enabling a higher load capacity.

Talson's innovative self-supporting box structure is manufactured using a special aluminium sandwich design. In addition, the modular aluminium side walls are constructed from six separate panels riveted with aluminium omega profiles, allowing for cost-effective and quick repairs when required. Aluminium offers excellent UV resistance (non-yellowing) and ageing resistance, and the smooth surface is easy to clean due to low dirt adhesion.

The Talson T.SWAU BK is equipped with a robust aluminium Talfix load securing system with multiple holes, allowing different vehicle loading models within the same box. As part of the patented Talfix load securing system, the double-deck beam, each with a capacity of 1 daN, enables the creation of a second loading level in the vehicle for maximum payload. Talfix® is suitable for double-deck applications, providing multi-level loading with a capacity of 700 kg per metre.
