The CombiFlash Companion personal flash chromatography system can be controlled and monitored from anywhere with any internet connection using Microsoft Windows® Explorer. It even notifies you via email once the separation process is complete. The system’s advanced automation and communication features deliver maximum productivity and peace of mind, allowing you to focus on other tasks while purification is in progress. Locally, the system is operated via a touchscreen controller with a clear display. The optional solvent management module can control up to four solvents online and monitor their levels, so you’ll never run out unexpectedly.

The Companion utilizes precision-packed RediSep® Rf columns to yield more pure material in less time compared to glass columns or other disposable columns. Columns from 4 g to 330 g can be swapped quickly without additional hardware—offering straightforward, fast scale-up from milligrams to several tens of grams of purified sample.

CombiFlash Companion automatically detects column size and programs itself with the optimal parameters for that column. To start a run, simply press 'Play'. As the software was specifically developed for purification, not analysis, method parameters can be adjusted in real time. To modify the gradient during a run, simply click on a point in the gradient profile and drag it to the desired value to instantly change the solvent mix.
