The TruPrint 3000 is a universal medium-format machine (LMF / PBF / LPBF) equipped with industrial part and powder management.

Productivity is nearly doubled irrespective of part geometry, while part costs are significantly reduced. Automatic monitoring and calibration of the multilaser system during ongoing build jobs ensure optimal quality for printed multilaser components.
Latest developments in shielding gas management further improve part quality and reproducibility. This is documented in parallel to the build process using Melt Pool Monitoring. This meets documentation requirements, such as those in the medical industry.
The TruPrint 3000 is highly adaptable to the individual requirements of our customers.
With a build volume of 300 mm diameter and 400 mm height, it is suited for a wide range of industries.
Depending on part size, complexity, preferred workflow, and production volumes, you can choose between internal or external unpacking—all under inert gas atmosphere. External unpacking further reduces 3D printer downtime thanks to parallel operation during main production time.
