The machine was purchased directly from TRUMPF in 2015. It was originally a demonstration model from 2012, previously utilized in the TRUMPF training workshop (very few operating hours there). Subsequently, it has been used in our facility for single-shift production of welding equipment enclosures. This accounts for the low 15,700 total operating hours. The machine has exclusively processed thin sheet metal, primarily steel sheets of 1.25 and 2.0 mm, occasionally 3 mm. No heavier materials. No known defects, the machine is still in operation and will be available from May 2026. Reason for sale: discontinuation of production.
The TP1000 "Compact Edition" is optimized for part sizes up to 1250x1250 mm. Larger formats are possible with the "repositioning" function, for which additional tables are required. A key advantage of the compact model is its small footprint of just 4.13 x 5.84 m.
The machine is equipped with nearly all available options:
- MultiShear function
- Thread forming function
- Marking/Fast embossing function
- Deburring and rolling technology
- Sensor for parts chute
Asking price for the machine: €42,000 plus VAT.
Without accessories, ex-works, transport and loading at the buyer's expense.
