UCHIDA AeroCut Quatro

Compared to the AeroCut model, the processing speed of the AeroCut Quatro is up to 2.5 times faster (depending on the specific application). This machine quickly and precisely cuts up to 350 business cards per minute from SRA3 sheets (25 business cards per sheet) with the optional cutting unit. Selection of 263 stored program templates via a German-language 5-inch color touchscreen is easy and convenient. There are 90 memory slots for custom programs (60 in standard mode and 30 in flex mode). Thanks to Flex-Mode, programming and customizing cutting processes is simple. An optional perforation unit is available for cross perforations (tear-off coupons) instead of the creasing unit. Switching between the creasing and perforation units is tool-free and straightforward. Double-sheet detection and automatic ejection allow for uninterrupted production processes. It features an up/down digital counter. The suction air paper feed has variable speed control. Cut mark recognition with auto-correction is included. Accuracy is +/- 0.1 mm. It automatically detects formats 350 x 500 mm / A3 Plus / A3 / A4. Feed table holds up to 100 mm of material. The cross cut is performed by a transverse knife; longitudinal cuts by six self-sharpening rotary blades (including two double blades with a fixed spacing of 7 mm). Integrated perforation unit comes with two manually adjustable tools, and the creasing unit features both upper and lower tools (depth adjustable in five steps). Easy-to-use magnetic stops for different output formats. The machine features a robust all-metal construction and lockable caster wheels for mobility.
